The Opportunity

The agentic AI market is projected to grow from $7.8B to $52.6B by 2030. Sequoia calls the agent economy "at least 10x larger than cloud computing." a16z's Big Ideas 2026: "Systems of record lose ground - intelligent execution layers become the strategic moat."

Task management, agent observability and shared world model are the same problem. Nobody has built the interaction layer where both sides act on shared persistent state. Toto is that layer.

What Exists Today

Toto is live in production. Python/FastAPI backend, full REST API with SSE real-time sync, MCP server on PyPI, custom physics-based animation engine with zero external dependencies. 397 tests passing. Claude Code agents track their own work in Toto while building Toto.
