Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Toto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Toto is a to-do list and label printing platform. We provide the service as-is and work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Toto for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the to-do items, lists, and other content you create in Toto. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your content only as needed to provide the service.

Intellectual Property

The Toto name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Photosensitivity Warning

Toto includes optional visual animations that feature flashing lights, rapid color changes, screen flashes, and color inversion effects. These effects may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitive conditions. If you or anyone in your household has a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a physician before using animation features. You can disable all animations at any time in Settings by setting both Completion and Deletion animations to "None." The "Color inversion" and "Black flash" effect layers can also be individually disabled in Settings under Effect Layers. Toto respects the prefers-reduced-motion system accessibility setting — if enabled on your device, all animations are automatically suppressed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toto and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Toto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
